A former professional dancer, I turned to the fitness industry around 8+ years ago. I have a huge passion for helping people restore their health through strength training, mobility work and nutrition coaching all so they can live a life without compromise
I was once like you. Riddled with injury, fatigue, felt uncomfortable in my body and had low self esteem. I struggled alone for years trying to get to point where I am today- healthy, happy and feeling stronger than ever
I wish I had reached out all those years ago so I didn't have to waste years of trying and failing and trying again to get my health back on track and thrive. Its why I am so keen to support and guide those who are stuck in the same rut, feeling rundown, weary and dreading the possibility they will be stuck like this forever.
